This guide shows you how to remove an account from the ELLIPAL App. Deleting an account only removes it from the app — your assets remain on the blockchain and your wallet on the device is not affected. You can re-add the account at any time.

How to Delete an Account

App 5.0

1. Tap the ⋮ menu on the wallet card

2. Tap Remove Wallet

3. Tap Remove to confirm

App 4.X

1. Tap the wallet icon in the top left corner to open My Accounts

2. Tap the gear icon (⚙️) on the account you want to remove

3. Tap Delete account at the bottom

4. Tap Confirm on the pop-up — the account is removed from the app

Deleting an account from the app does not affect your assets or your wallet on the device. Your funds remain on the blockchain.

How to Confirm It Worked

After deletion, the account no longer appears in the My Accounts list in the ELLIPAL App. Your Titan 2.0 or X Card is not affected — the wallet and its keys remain on the device.

Yes. To re-add the account, reconnect your device to the ELLIPAL App:

• Titan 2.0: In the ELLIPAL App, tap Cold Wallet → Titan 2.0/Mini → Connect Titan, then scan the QR code shown on your Titan 2.0

• X Card: In the ELLIPAL App, tap Cold Wallet → X Card → Connect X Card, enter your Card-PIN, then hold the X Card near your phone's NFC area

Will deleting an account in the app also delete it from my device?

No. Deleting an account in the ELLIPAL App only removes it from the app. The account and its keys remain on your Titan 2.0 or X Card. If you also want to remove it from the device, you need to delete it separately on the device.
