### Note

Do not unzip the firmware update file. Before saving the firmware file, clear the microSD card first. Delete all other ZIP files and folders from the microSD card. Then place only the ELLIPAL firmware ZIP file directly on the microSD card. Do not put it inside any folder.

### FAQ

<details>

What should I do if my phone does not detect the Type-C adapter?

Make sure the microSD card is inserted correctly. Unplug the Type-C adapter and plug it in again. Check if the blue indicator light turns on. If your phone still does not detect it, make sure your phone supports external storage through the Type-C port.

<details>

What if my phone automatically creates files or folders on the microSD card?

Files or folders created automatically by your phone usually do not affect the update. However, for best results, we recommend deleting them before updating your Titan. Keep only the ELLIPAL firmware ZIP file on the microSD card.
