How to Manage Networks and Privacy Settings in the ELLIPAL App?

This guide helps users manage their asset display and improve privacy in the ELLIPAL App. You will learn how to add/remove networks and control what is visible on your asset page.

The ELLIPAL App lets you control which networks appear in your asset list and how your balance is displayed. This guide covers adding and removing networks on Titan 2.0 and X Card, and adjusting privacy settings — no device reconnection required for most steps.

How to Remove a Network

1. In the ELLIPAL App, go to your Networks asset list.

2. Find the network you want to hide.

3. Swipe left on the coin name, then tap the red minus (—) button.

The network is removed from your display list. Your funds are not affected — the network can be added back at any time.

How to Add a Network

The steps differ depending on your device.

On Titan 2.0

1. On your Titan 2.0, find the network you want to add.

2. Tap Connect to App to display the QR code.

3. In the ELLIPAL App, tap the Scan icon in the top-right corner.

4. Scan the QR code shown on your Titan 2.0.

The network will appear in your app after synchronization.

On X Card

1. In the ELLIPAL App, tap + in the top-right corner of the asset homepage.

2. Go to Manage Network.

3. Find the network you want to add.

4. Tap the + icon next to the coin.

The network is added to your asset list immediately — no need to reconnect your X Card.

How to Adjust Privacy Settings

Hide your total balance

On the asset homepage, tap the Eye icon next to your total balance. Your balance will be hidden from view. Tap the icon again to reveal it.

Hide zero-balance assets

1. Tap the Filter icon (three lines) above your asset list.

2. In Filter and Sort, enable Hide 0 balance.

Only assets with a balance will be displayed. If all your assets have zero balance, the list will show No Data — this is expected behaviour. Disable the filter to view all added networks again.

FAQ

Will removing a network delete my funds?

No — removing a network only hides it from your display list in the app. Your funds remain on-chain and are not affected. You can add the network back at any time to see your balance again.

How do I add networks to ELLIPAL X Card?

In the ELLIPAL App, tap + in the top-right corner of the asset homepage, go to Manage Network, find the network, and tap + next to the coin. No reconnection to your X Card is needed.

Why does my asset list show "No Data" after I enable Hide 0 balance?

This means all networks currently in your list have a zero balance. It is not an error. Disable the Hide 0 balance filter in Filter and Sort to view all your added networks again.

How do I hide my balance in the ELLIPAL App?
