You can swap or exchange one cryptocurrency for another directly in the ELLIPAL App — no separate exchange account needed. The swap is signed offline by your Titan 2.0 or X Card, and the transaction is submitted through the app. Select your device below to get started.

How to Swap Crypto

Titan 2.0

1. Go to the Swap page and select the asset you want to swap.

2. Enter the amount, then tap Swap.

3. Review the swap details, then tap Next.

4. Read the transaction details, then tap I Understand.

5. Use your ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 to scan the QR code and sign the transaction.

6. Use the ELLIPAL App to scan the signed QR code from your Titan 2.0.

7. After the transaction is submitted, tap Back.

The swap is now submitted on-chain. Your new asset will appear in your wallet once the transaction is confirmed.

X Card

Make sure you have enough native coin (such as ETH or BNB) to cover network fees before swapping. The final received amount may vary due to market price changes.

How to Check Your Swap Order Status

1. On the Swap page, tap the Records icon in the top-right corner.

2. Select the order you want to check.

3. View the order details and current status.

How are swap fees calculated?

The total cost may include network gas fees, cross-chain fees (if applicable), and liquidity provider fees. Price fluctuations between the time you confirm and when the swap settles also affect the final amount you receive.

Which network is used for signing during a swap?

Signing always happens on the sending asset's network. For example, if you are swapping USDT (ETH) to BTC, the transaction is signed on the Ethereum network.

Why does my swap appear as a transfer in transaction history?

This is expected. A swap begins with a transfer — your asset is sent to a swap service or smart contract first, and the new asset is returned once the swap completes.

Why is my swap still showing "In Progress"?

This can be caused by network congestion, cross-chain processing delays, or liquidity issues. Wait a few minutes and check the Records page again for an updated status.

What happens if my swap fails?

In most cases your original assets will be returned. Network fees are paid to the blockchain and are not refunded.

Why can't I find a specific token in the Swap interface?

Swap services are provided by third-party providers. If a token or trading pair is not shown, the provider does not currently support it.
