How to View and Manage Your NFTs in the ELLIPAL App?

Learn how to view and manage your NFTs in the ELLIPAL App. Covers supported networks, why NFTs may not appear, and how to fix missing NFT display issues in under two minutes.

The ELLIPAL App displays your NFTs by syncing directly with OpenSea — no manual import needed. This guide shows you how to access your NFT collection and what to do if an NFT is not showing up.

How to View Your NFTs

  1. Open the ELLIPAL App and select your account.

  2. On the asset homepage, locate the tab below your total balance.

  3. Tap NFTs.

  4. Tap the NFT asset aggregator icon to open the NFT display page.

  5. Use the top-right icon to switch between addresses or networks.

Your NFTs will appear automatically if they are visible on OpenSea.

Supported Networks

ELLIPAL syncs NFT data directly from OpenSea. Currently supported:

  • Ethereum — ERC-721 and ERC-1155 NFTs indexed by OpenSea

  • Polygon — NFTs indexed by OpenSea

NFTs on other networks, or NFT standards not supported by OpenSea, will not appear in the ELLIPAL NFT aggregator.

ELLIPAL does not store NFTs — it only displays on-chain data synced from OpenSea. Make sure you have selected the correct network and address if an NFT is missing.

Why Are My NFTs Not Showing in the ELLIPAL App?

The NFT is hidden on OpenSea

OpenSea automatically hides NFTs it suspects may be spam. Hidden NFTs will not appear in the ELLIPAL App.

To unhide an NFT:

  1. Open your OpenSea profile.

  2. Go to the Hidden section.

  3. Find the NFT and tap Unhide.

Once unhidden on OpenSea, the NFT will automatically reappear in the ELLIPAL App.

The NFT is on an unsupported network

If your NFT is not on Ethereum or Polygon, or uses a standard not supported by OpenSea, it will not be displayed in the ELLIPAL NFT aggregator. No action can be taken from within the app.

FAQ

Why is my NFT not showing in the ELLIPAL App?

The most common reason is that the NFT is hidden on OpenSea. Go to your OpenSea profile, open the Hidden section, and unhide the NFT — it will reappear in the ELLIPAL App automatically. If the NFT is on an unsupported network, it will not be displayed.

Which NFT networks does ELLIPAL support?

ELLIPAL currently supports Ethereum and Polygon NFTs through OpenSea. NFTs on other networks are not displayed in the app.

Does ELLIPAL store my NFTs?

No — ELLIPAL does not store NFTs. The app displays on-chain data synced directly from OpenSea. Your NFTs remain on the blockchain at all times.

Can I view NFTs on ELLIPAL X Card?

Yes — the NFT display feature is available in the ELLIPAL App and works with both Titan 2.0 and X Card. The app syncs NFT data from OpenSea regardless of which device you use to manage your wallet.
