## How to Send Crypto with ELLIPAL Titan 2.0

This guide walks you through sending crypto with your ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 — from entering the recipient address to signing the transaction offline via QR code and broadcasting it to the network. Your private keys never leave the device at any point.

Make sure you have the following ready:

* ELLIPAL Titan 2.0, set up and connected to the ELLIPAL App
* Sufficient balance to cover the transfer amount and network fee
* The recipient address and, if sending to an exchange, the correct Memo or Tag

### How to Send Crypto with ELLIPAL Titan 2.0

The ELLIPAL App prepares the transaction and broadcasts it — signing happens exclusively on your Titan 2.0 via QR code, with no USB, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi involved at any point.

1. Tap **Send**
2. Select the token you want to send
3. Enter the recipient address and amount, then tap **Submit**
4. Review the transaction details, then tap **I Understand** — the app displays an unsigned QR code
5. Use your Titan 2.0 to scan the unsigned QR code
6. Tap the top-right details icon on the device to compare the transaction details shown on Titan 2.0 with what you entered in the app — confirm the recipient address and amount match exactly before approving
7. Approve the transaction on the device — Titan 2.0 displays a signed QR code
8. Use the ELLIPAL App to scan the signed QR code from your Titan 2.0, then tap **Complete**

### What Can Go Wrong

#### Why is my transaction pending for a long time?

A pending transaction usually means network congestion or a low fee. Check the transaction status in the app or paste the transaction ID into a blockchain explorer for that network. If the fee was too low, you may need to wait — most networks process low-fee transactions eventually, though it can take hours. To avoid this, select a standard or higher fee setting when the network is busy.

#### Why is my transaction failing?

The most common causes are an incorrect network selection, insufficient balance to cover the network fee, or a missing Memo or Tag when sending to an exchange that requires one. Check each of these before retrying. To prevent failures, double-check the network and available balance before tapping Submit.

#### What should I do if I sent to the wrong address?

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. If you sent to the wrong address, contact the owner of that address directly if you know them.
