An ELLIPAL Titan device that won't turn on is usually caused by dirty charging contacts, the wrong adapter, or too little charging time.
Clean the charging contacts. Wipe the metal contact points on the bottom of the device, since dirt or residue here is the most common cause of a failed charge.
Use a 5V power adapter only. Fast chargers can cause charging issues, so avoid them even if they're what you normally use for your phone.
Charge the device continuously for at least 24 hours. Devices left unused for a long time often need longer than usual to power back on.
Check the indicator light while charging. The adapter should show a green light. If an SD card is inserted, the light should turn blue instead.
Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn the device on.
If the device still doesn't turn on after 24 hours of charging, record a short video of the charging process and send it to cs@ellipal.com so the support team can check further.
