Why is the App scan page black?

The ELLIPAL App scan page shows a black screen or an error message after opening the scanner.

Solution

  1. Uninstall the ELLIPAL App

  2. Download and install the App again

  3. Open the App and reconnect your cold wallet

  4. Open the scan page again and check whether it works normally
