# Why do I see signature verification errors 50300 or 40000?

### Solution

1. **Delete the account from the ELLIPAL App**
   * Don’t worry, your assets are still safe on the blockchain
2. **Re-import the account on the cold wallet**
3. **Reconnect the cold wallet to the ELLIPAL App**
   * Re-sync the wallet by scanning the QR codes
4. Try the transaction again
