Why Do I See Signature Verification Errors Like 50300 or 40000?

Signature verification errors 50300 or 40000 usually mean the private key information on the ELLIPAL App and ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 is not properly synced.

Fix signature verification errors

  1. Delete the account from the ELLIPAL App. Your assets stay safe on the blockchain during this step, since the app only stores account data locally.

  2. Re-import the account on your ELLIPAL Titan 2.0 using your Seed Phrase.

  3. Reconnect the cold wallet to the ELLIPAL App and re-sync the wallet by scanning the QR codes.

  4. Try the transaction again.

If errors 50300 or 40000 continue after re-syncing, contact cs@ellipal.com for further help.

FAQ

Will deleting my account from the ELLIPAL App affect my assets?

No. Deleting the account only removes local data from the app. Your assets remain on the blockchain, and re-importing with your Seed Phrase restores full access.

What causes signature verification errors 50300 or 40000?

These errors usually happen when the private key information on the ELLIPAL App and your Titan 2.0 is not properly synced. Re-importing the account and reconnecting via QR code re-syncs this data and resolves the mismatch.
